Legos for Christmas

Dolly got me a Lego Architecture set for the John Hancock Center in Chicago for Christmas. We took a look at it today (the day after Christmas) and built it in a few minutes. Here’s the finished product.

We finished the Lego Fallingwater a few days ago. It looks really nice and is now gracing part of one of our bookshelves.

We took a break from building for a few days, but we started back up tonight and managed to put the piece we were building back into the main structure. It’s starting to really come together.

Last night we added some more to the structure we’re building separately from the main scene. I’m guessing tonight or tomorrow, we’ll add it to the main scene.

We did a little bit more work on it tonight, as we moved from finishing the base and starting on another structure.

We felt jealous of Ted, so Kari and I are putting together a Fallingwater LEGO set. I’m going to take a picture after each session we work on it.
